Spring: Spring brings kingfish (king mackerel), schools of Spanish mackerel, cobia near buoys and markers, and pompano near sandy bottoms and structures.
Summer: Summer is prime for tarpon (the “Silver King”) during migration, permit near wrecks, sharks like blacktip and bonnethead, and snook along shorelines, bridges, and docks.
Fall: Schools of redfish can be seen nearshore, large black drum by structures, active king mackerel and Spanish mackerel, and jack crevalle in shallow waters.
